Winter Weather Policy

Snow Plows

Minnesota winter months often bring harsh weather. As a result, the safety of our staff and patients is the utmost priority!

Our policy is to close the office when the Hopkins school district is closed due to snow accumulation.

Please note: the clinic will remain open if the school district closes for cold weather only.

This means in-person appointments will not be available, but eligible appointments will be transitioned to our telehealth option whenever possible. If your appointment qualifies for a virtual appointment, you will receive details via email on how to meet with your provider during your original scheduled time.

Some appointments, such as TMS treatments or ketamine therapy sessions, cannot be held electronically and will be canceled in the event of a clinic closure. For these appointments, our front office team will reach out to you as soon as possible so that we can reschedule. If you have questions or concerns or wish to proactively reschedule your appointment, we encourage patients to call the clinic. Our team is equipped with the tools needed to work remotely, and if you are unable to reach someone, please feel free to leave a message, as we check voicemails regularly.

We will also have a notice on our website, and you can watch our  Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn social media profiles for the most current updates on clinic closures.

If you feel uncomfortable traveling during the winter months due to the weather, please call our office!
