“Several years ago, I made the decision to look beyond standard practice to try to improve the life of every one of my patients. I began researching strategies to help treatment resistant patients. Where I found scientifically based positive outcomes, I incorporated new treatment modalities into our clinic. More of our patients are reporting good outcomes; the change has made me very optimistic about the future of psychiatric care.”
